I hope you are well and had a nice Christmas and New Year!

You are probably aware that it is NRAS's 10th birthday this year and we are doing lots of exciting things throughout the year to celebrate this.

One of the most daring things that we are doing is a 'Team 10 NRAS Skydive'! 6 members of the NRAS team (including myself), along with lots of other brave people, will be taking part in the Tandem Skydive on 7th May.

Val, Tameena, Osato, Emma N, Charlotte and I will be climbing to heights of 13,000 feet above RAF Weston Airfield, Bicester and then jumping out of the plane to raise money for NRAS!

NRAS has achieved so much in the last 10 years and your donations will ensure that NRAS will be here in the years to come, providing information, support and advocacy for those in need.
